We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at 7Crew Enterprises. As a key member of our Brew Crew, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create personalized beverage experiences for customers by accurately taking orders and preparing drinks to their specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer demands
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and stock management

Requirements:

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques
