We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radiology Tech to join our team at Dignity Health. As a Radiology Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct various diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and computed tomography (CT) scans
- Position patients and equipment to obtain high-quality images while adhering to safety protocols
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring functionality and safety
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to review and analyze imaging results
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures
- Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and addressing concerns during procedures
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a hospital and radiology department required
- Must have satisfactory completion of formal radiological technology training in an AMA approved school or BS or AA degree in Radiological Technology in an AMA approved school
- Cross-training in CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography required
- License is required as issued by ARRT (national) and CRT (state)
- Fluoroscopy certification
- Certification in one modality required
- Must maintain Fire Safety card
