Job Title: TEM Scientist

At Eurofins USA Material Sciences, we are seeking a highly skilled TEM Scientist to join our dynamic TEM group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality analysis services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with team members to deliver exceptional analysis services to clients.
  • Operate TEM tools to obtain TEM/STEM images, SAED, EDS, and EELS data from samples.
  • Develop TEM analysis protocols/techniques to meet client requests.
  • Prepare summary reports to capture project objectives, analysis data, and interpretation of results.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Materials Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in TEM analysis characterizing various materials.
  • Excellent understanding of TEM tool operations and principles.
  • Expert background in electron microscopy, including TEM/STEM, SAED, 4D-STEM, EDS, and EELS.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
