Christus Health is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostic procedures using state-of-the-art computerized tomography equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic procedures, including CT scans, to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and medical histories.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort, dignity, and respect throughout the imaging process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in CT imaging, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in CT.
  • Current state licensure and BLS certification required.

Work Schedule:

Varies, with flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Work Type:

Per diem, as needed.
