We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Madison Honda. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional vehicle maintenance and repair services.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have experience in performing warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair service on various vehicle makes and models. Proven track records of achieving or over-achieving goals, outstanding communication skills, and professional appearance and work ethic are highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using advanced technical tools and software.
  • Provide top-notch customer service by communicating effectively with customers and ensuring their vehicles are returned in excellent condition.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school degree preferred.
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to excel in the automotive industry.
  • Valid State driver's license and good driving record required.
Compensation

We offer competitive pay rates, health insurance, paid vacation, and a professional work environment. The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
