Dietary Clerk

The Community at Brookmeade is seeking a skilled Dietary Clerk to join our team at our premier skilled nursing facility. This full-time position offers a competitive schedule with regular hours and opportunities for growth and development.

• Paperwork Management: Maintain accurate and organized dietary records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Training and Development: Assist in coordinating and conducting staff training sessions, including in-services and training new hires, to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Temperature Control: Monitor and record temperature sheets to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Audit Support: Prepare documentation and assist with internal and external audits to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Administrative Support: Provide various administrative services, including data entry, filing, and correspondence, as assigned.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Prior experience in an administrative role or related field is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with dietary regulations and food safety standards is a plus, but not mandatory.
