About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Duluth Trading Company. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge to provide solution-oriented service to customers.
  • Leverage strong communication skills to effectively communicate sales and promotions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and positive resolutions.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the sales floor is visually appealing and customer-ready, meeting company standards for merchandising and presentation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate as part of a team.
  • Able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day, with frequent reaching, bending, and lifting.

Compensation and Benefits:

$17.00-$18.62/hour, plus 40% employee merchandise discount, 401K program with company match, and employee stock purchase plan.
