Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at AdvisaCare Home Health Care and Hospice. As a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to our patients and their families in the Charlevoix office and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 6 months of hospice experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
