We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Finance & Operations Senior Consultant to join our team in Malta. As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post-go-live support, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post-go-live support, and reporting
- Work with onsite engagement teams and client teams to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables
- Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing
- Lead the solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creating solution documentation
- Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues
- Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project
- Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs
- Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered
- Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors
- Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
- Represent our client in a professional and positive manner at all times
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Ideally Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- At least 6 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or 5 end-to-end implementation projects
- Exposure to presales activities would be an added value
- Conducting functional interviews
- Mentoring juniors
- Some technical knowledge would be considered as an asset
- RSAT knowledge would be considered as an asset
- Prepared to travel on frequent basis
- Experience/knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen
- Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams is an added asset
- Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred: French, Spanish, German, Italian
- Experience with D365FO interfaces and Integrations
- Good understanding of industry processes, principles, functionality & systems for their chosen specialism
- Beneficial to have experience of LCS and Azure DevOps
- Good MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus
- Experience in consulting and very good presentation skills
