Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care throughout their healthcare experience, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
- Gather and document detailed medical histories from patients.
- Assist in patient assessments and administer prescribed medications or treatments.
- Provide technical assistance to healthcare professionals.
- Guide patients and their families on prevention and treatment strategies under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Qualifications
LPN: Must have graduated from an accredited practical nursing program.
If the role requires IV therapy skills, candidates must have completed a Board-approved program or an IV Therapy course recognized by the relevant nursing board.
Must hold a valid and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and maintain necessary competencies and certifications.
MA: Must be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Previous experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
Must be nationally certified or registered as a Medical Assistant (MA).
Certification can be obtained through recognized programs such as the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or the National HealthCareer Association (NHA).
Additional state-specific requirements may apply.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within six months of employment, with re-certification as necessary.
