Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Iron Fabricator to join our team at Paradigm Ironworks in Riverside, CA. This is a full-time position working on the 2nd shift (2:00pm - 10:30pm) with a salary of $23-$28 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Weld and fabricate parts as directed by supervisors, utilizing a MIG welding setup and 71M steel wire.
  • Perform necessary layout of material and ensure accurate assembly.
  • Clean and maintain work areas to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with other welders to meet quality and production standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a welder/fitter.
  • AWS Certification required.
  • Experience with stairs and rail fabrication is an asset.
