Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and medical histories.
- Conduct thorough medical exams, diagnose and treat chronic and acute illnesses, and provide preventative care.
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed, and provide referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records, adhering to HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Active state Nurse Practitioner license and current National Board Certification.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) and at least five years of nursing experience, with two years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment, as well as computer-based data management programs and electronic medical record systems.
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance and ability to engage in moderate physical activity.
