We are seeking a highly skilled Battery Systems Specialist to join our team at CPG Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our battery systems, including startups, certifications, preventative maintenance, and scheduled maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Perform battery replacements and new installations with minimal disruption to customers.
- Conduct preventative maintenance, trouble diagnosis, routine and emergency repairs of all types of battery systems.
- Lead multiple crew members of various skill levels on complex projects.
- Communicate effectively with general contractors, sub-contractors, partners, and clients to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
- Operate all necessary equipment, including battery related measuring devices, heavy equipment, and maintenance tools.
- High School Diploma and 7 years of battery service experience, 10 years preferred.
- Clean driving record and safe operation of department equipment.
- Elementary fix/repair techniques based on directed supervision.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn basic AC/DC theory, electronic components, and electronic circuitry.
- Complete training on digital multimeter use, amp clamp and flexible CT use, and AlberCellcorder use.
- Competitive salary range: $33 - $51 per hour.
