Key Responsibilities- Examine patients and diagnose eye conditions
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe corrective lenses
- Provide pre- and post-operative care
- Counsel patients on healthy vision practices
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Manage eye care emergencies
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
- Average patient load of 15-18 patients per day
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
$145,000 - $175,000 per year
