Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team at VCA Battle Ground Animal Hospital. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our experienced veterinarians and support staff, and contribute to the growth and success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, including medical and surgical procedures, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with our veterinarians and support staff.
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication, surgery, and other interventions, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Collaborate with our veterinarians and support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with the latest advances in veterinary medicine.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary program.
  • Current licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Washington.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, clients, and colleagues.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a passion for delivering high-quality veterinary medicine.
