This position is responsible for providing professional, non-clinical personal care and caregiving services to enable clients to remain healthy and independent in their home and community settings.

You will assist with instrumental activities of daily living while encouraging self-care and independence. Essential job functions include:

  • Desire to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our clients
  • Competent in providing direct care to clients including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene improvement & maintenance, transferring/ambulation assistance, medication reminders, maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment, transportation as requested/approved, meal preparation, housekeeping & laundry, grocery shopping, and supporting completion of activities of daily living

You will influence patient safety, good hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean home environments, happiness, decreased social isolation via companionship, and improved mental health via engaging daily activities. Excellent communication skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and identify unsafe or inappropriate home and community conditions. You will also be able to navigate diverse client personalities and behaviors and comfort working in and respecting diverse work environments in client homes.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to $15 per hour, paid time off (varies by state), overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate, travel time, premium holiday pay, affordable medical, dental, vision, and many more benefits.
