HVAC Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Instructor to join our team at Odle Management. As an HVAC Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to our students, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the HVAC industry.

• Teaching and Instruction: Deliver comprehensive and engaging training sessions to students, covering a range of topics related to HVAC systems and technologies.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain up-to-date curriculum materials, ensuring that they are relevant and effective in preparing students for the demands of the HVAC industry.
• Student Support: Provide individualized support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
• Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the HVAC industry, applying this knowledge to enhance training programs and improve student outcomes.

• Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HVAC technology or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Certifications and Licenses: Hold a valid HVAC certification or license, such as EPA certification or a state-issued license.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
