Data Center Technician II

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in data center operations and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in deploying and maintaining servers, as well as supporting infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and maintain servers and supporting infrastructure
- Provide customer support via email/ticketing system
- Install and test sophisticated cross-connect circuits
- Maintain detailed written records of all work activity
- Design and lead cage/infrastructure modification projects
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in data center operations or a related IT role
- Knowledge of server hardware, storage systems, and network equipment from major vendors
- Understanding of data center environmental systems and industry best practices
- Understanding of structured cabling design, installation, testing, and best practices
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift heavy equipment/items up to 50 pounds.
