Nursing Care Manager Position at The Laurels of Mt. Vernon

The Laurels of Mt. Vernon, a national organization dedicated to skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to lead our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of nursing services, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Description
As an RN Unit Manager at The Laurels of Mt. Vernon, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses, coordinating patient care, and implementing nursing procedures and systems. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current state nursing licensure required
- Management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
- CPR certification and additional certification in a nursing specialty desired
