Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain cleanliness in common areas, offices, and restrooms, including sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, and furniture while restocking soap and paper supplies.
2. Ensure resident rooms are tidy and sanitary, addressing sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces, while also replenishing necessary supplies.
3. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets, sweeping, and mopping floors.
4. Uphold a safe, comfortable, and appealing atmosphere in living spaces, safeguarding residents' personal belongings.
5. Address spills, soiled areas, and other conditions as needed or instructed.
6. Utilize cleaning agents and hazardous materials in accordance with product guidelines and departmental protocols.
7. Clean exterior windows, patios, and other outdoor areas as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role is advantageous, particularly in a multi-unit setting. Experience with the senior demographic in a healthcare context is beneficial. Candidates must be capable of fulfilling essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
This position requires the ability to thrive in a warm, home-like environment alongside dedicated healthcare professionals. Opportunities for advancement within the organization include roles such as Lead Housekeeper, Resident Services Director, Maintenance Director, Certified Nursing Assistant, or other clinical positions.
