About the Role

Renaissance Historic Exteriors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Safety Director to lead our safety program and ensure a safe working environment for our team members and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive company safety program, including training and procedures for team members and partners.
  • Monitor and report on safety habits, and provide corrective actions to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training at all company jobsites, and provide job hazard analysis reports as needed.
  • Update the safety program to meet company goals and requirements, and maintain a zero-injury and zero-claims record.
  • Identify and develop programs to meet regulatory requirements, including OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other state and federal agencies.
  • Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health.
  • OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OSHA 510, and OSHA 500 trainer certifications.
  • Scaffolding Competent Person certification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
