Job Overview

Browns Super Stores Inc. is seeking a Retail Security Specialist to join its team in the Philadelphia area. This role is responsible for investigating and preventing internal and external theft, as well as conducting audits and inspections to identify operational errors and policy violations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or related fields, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Familiarity with retail security equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and patrol premises to detect and locate suspected shoplifters
  • Safely recover assets and make apprehensions
  • Conduct various routine audits and inspections
  • Investigate and resolve fraud and theft cases
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or related fields is a plus but not necessary
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
