Groundskeeping Associate

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our grounds in an aesthetically pleasing manner, ensuring plant health, and removing unwanted, dead, or damaged plants.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain grounds in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
• Maintain plants by weeding, digging, planting, raking, pruning, and trimming.
• Perform basic repairs to the grounds on which you work.
• Ensure plant health and remove unwanted, dead, or damaged plants.
• Maintain grounds by mowing, edging, and fertilizing.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 50lbs or more.
• Physical fitness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
