We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at IASIS Healthcare. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, and interpret and record electronic displays.
- Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocol.
- Provide thorough, timely, and accurate documentation of all pertinent data, therapeutic interventions, and patient responses.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current nursing license in Massachusetts.
- BCLS and ACLS certification.
- ENPC or PALS certification.
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.
