Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support quality and safety, maintaining clinical excellence and innovation
  • Develop and implement comprehensive surgical programs, including nearly every procedure available for treating pediatric heart disease
  • Care for patients with complex conditions, such as atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, tetralogy of Fallot, and transposition of the great arteries

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working as a Congenital Cardiac Surgeon post-fellowship training
  • Comfortable with managing a growing group of Congenital Cardiac Surgeons
  • Academic record consistent with appointment as an assistant level or associate professor (desired)
  • History of participation in research and featured author in publications (desired)
  • Pioneer-like spirit, flexible, and comfortable with challenges of starting and ramping up a new facility
  • Applicants must have a Medical School Degree, relevant Residency and Fellowship training, and be Board Certified
