Job Summary

Spectrum Healthcare Partners is seeking a skilled Orthopaedic Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our orthopedic department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and assisting physicians in their treatment of patients requiring immobilization or mobilization devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist physicians in the treatment of patients requiring immobilization or mobilization devices
  • Use current and effective modalities and equipment to deliver optimal patient care
  • Travel to our Brunswick and Windham offices as needed
  • Work effectively under stress or emergency situations
  • Articulate descriptions of orthopedic conditions based on knowledge of anatomical structures

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate in Orthopedic technician training or equivalent experience with required certification
  • Certification from the National Board for Certification of Orthopedic Technologist (NBCOT) required within two years of hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
