We are in search of dedicated individuals to join our workforce, where we emphasize a supportive and temperature-regulated work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, prompt transportation services to customers while their vehicles are being serviced or repaired.
- Manage the collection and delivery of packages, parts, or mail to the facility, and run errands as needed.
- Adhere to all motor vehicle laws while driving defensively.
- Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance to management. Ensure that registration and license tags are up to date.
- Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts and that child restraint seats are utilized in accordance with local regulations.
- Transport company-owned vehicles to various locations, including dealerships and auctions.
- Guarantee that vehicles are returned in the same condition as received, along with the required paperwork and keys to the appropriate personnel.
- Collect necessary paperwork and keys from the selling party and return them to the General Manager.
- Complete the Sign-off form and manage the dealer plate process, returning it to the General Manager.
- Submit expense reports and receipts promptly to the General Manager.
- Report any incidents, including speeding violations or light obstructions, to the General Manager.
- Inform the General Manager of any drivability concerns or vehicle damage.
- Participate in all training sessions as directed by your supervisor.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and understand instructions and information.
- Familiarity with the local area is preferred.
- Possession of a current valid driver's license.
