Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Associate or Full Professor to join our faculty in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at DePaul University's Driehaus College of Business. The successful candidate will be an internationally recognized scholar and educator with a strong research record and expertise in entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide research and curricular leadership for our entrepreneurship programs, including graduate degree programs and undergraduate major and minor degree offerings.
  • Interface with the Coleman Center and its stakeholders, and cultivate and maintain effective relationships with internal advisory boards and Chicago's thriving entrepreneurship ecosystem.
  • Provide guidance to doctoral students pursuing research in the field of entrepreneurship.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in entrepreneurship or a related field.
  • Nationally recognized scholar in entrepreneurship with an outstanding record of publications in top entrepreneurship and management academic journals.
  • Evidence of teaching excellence and notable service contributions.
  • Ability to work collegially and collaboratively within the academic and business communities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a diverse range of faculty, staff, and students, and ability to contribute to an inclusive climate.
  • Women and members of historically underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply.
