Adult Day Care Nurse

The LPN at Elite Day Center of Columbia provides high-quality member care in a part-time capacity. This individual works with the day center team to support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of members at our day center.
Responsibilities:- Provide member care, including administering medications and nursing treatments as ordered by a physician.
- Monitor members' health and communicate any changes or concerns to the Administrator.
- Educate members about health conditions, treatments, and preventative measures.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records and creating and implementing care plans upon enrollment when needed.
- Update care plans no less than every 6 months and quarterly nursing notes on each member's status at the day center.
- Valid and current nursing license in South Carolina in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably with senior adults, adults with disabilities, or community settings.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members, families, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo any required background checks and drug screenings.
As a LPN at Elite Day Center, you will receive a competitive hourly salary and have access to a flexible schedule with weekly pay.
Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Closed on weekends and holidays.
