Christus Health is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our established program at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center in Longview, Texas. As a member of our cardiovascular team, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology, including the Da Vinci 5 robotic system, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex cardiovascular and cardiothoracic procedures, including minimally invasive techniques and robotics
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiovascular medicine and technology
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in Cardiovascular Surgery
- Valid Texas medical license or ability to obtain one
- Experience with robotic lung and minimally invasive procedures preferred
