Instructional Coach Role

As an Instructional Coach at Bright Horizons Children's Centers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality educational experiences for our children. Your expertise in early childhood education will inspire and support our teachers, driving excellence in our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Bright Horizons' philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices, including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices.
  • Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed.
Requirements

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field (Associate degree required with an educational plan to complete a Bachelor's degree).
  • DE Administrator Certification is required.
  • At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program (experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center is strongly preferred).
  • At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience.

Bright Horizons Children's Centers offers a competitive salary range of $44,000 - $57,200 annually, determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
