Compliance Support Role

Job Description:

  • ISO/Compliance experience is a must.
  • Mandarin language skills are required.

Compliance Support Professional

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Compliance Support role with proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Required fluency in business Mandarin for reading and writing.
  • Support security compliance programs, regulated workload enablement, and regional audits.
  • Provide and interpret reports and certifications, including Mandarin translations.
  • Organize, review, and redact necessary evidence.
  • Consult with China Region partners on compliance certifications and control implementation.
  • Conduct gap analyses/readiness assessments for new certifications (e.g., MPLS, ISO20000).
  • Experience with Level 2 support for customer audits, engagements, questionnaires, and meetings.
  • Draft and translate regulatory documentation, and technical specs.
  • Review and apply requirements of regulatory compliance frameworks like GxP, ISO 9001, PCI, SOC1, SOC2, HITRUST, ISO 27001, C5, GDPR, etc.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to complete compliance-related tasks.
  • Experience leading compliance and security audits end-to-end.
  • Technical competence related to controls within cloud computing technologies such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
  • Experience engaging with regulators and third-party auditors.
  • Experience with third-party audits for common certifications in China.
  • Knowledge of the Chinese compliance ecosystem, including regulatory requirements and prevailing practices.

Ability to travel to China would be very nice to have.
