Civil EIT Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil EIT to join our Construction Services team in Ridgeland, MS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design plans, specifications, cost estimates, and prepare final bid packages.
  • Contribute to the design effort on transportation-related projects.
  • Collaborate with transportation staff to develop transportation projects, including roadway, bridge, rail, and transportation planning.
  • Produce geometric design, including horizontal alignments, vertical alignments, and typical sections of roadways and highways.
Requirements:
  • BSCE in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college.
  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • EIT license in Mississippi, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
  • Experience with MicroStation, Geopak, and/or Open roads preferred.
