Bakery Expert

At Walmart, we are seeking a skilled Bakery Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our bakery department.

The successful candidate will have 6 months' experience in fresh production areas and be able to demonstrate excellent cake decorating skills. A degree in baking or a related field is not necessary, but prior experience working with hand-held technology and digital tools is an asset.

• Plan and execute bakery productions to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management.
