We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Execu-Tech. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs that align with our company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement environmental, health, and safety programs that meet or exceed regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and lead regular training programs for employees on environmental, health, and safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintain and be responsible for all environmental, health, and safety documentation, including accident reports and incident investigations.
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and ensure proper maintenance and functioning of safety equipment.
- Stay current on the latest environmental, health, and safety regulations, policies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in environmental health and safety, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and environmental management systems.
