About the Role

Pinehurst Surgical Clinic PA is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial and business analytics to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Sourcing and Management
    • Map and understand data sources to ensure accurate and consistent information.
    • Track data flows from various systems to reporting.
    • Reconcile data reports to ensure consistent information.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Build reports to support business needs, including operations, quality, and finance.
    • Produce administrative level summaries with concise information for decision making.
    • Manage reports for accuracy and effectiveness.
    • Explain complicated data reporting and document assumptions appropriately.
  • Analytics and Modeling
    • Review and reconcile existing analytics, including cost allocations.
    • Prepare additional analyses as requested.
    • Develop new analytical models for various business needs.
    • Ensure data consistency and methodology of reporting and analytical models.
  • Project Work and Professional Development
    • Ability to coordinate and leverage resources across the organization.
    • Maintain general knowledge of all clinic data systems.
    • Key subject matter expert on latest analytical and data mining tools and concepts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field required and Master's preferred.
  • At least two years' experience in financial or business analytics.
  • Working knowledge of industry coding (revenue codes, ICD classifications, CPT codes, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of industry terms (HL7, PHI HIPAA, HITECH, etc.).
  • Familiarity with applied statistics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel.
  • Tableau experience preferred.
  • Multi-entity, multi-location experience preferred.
