About the RoleThe Chief Nursing Officer will be a key member of the VBPC Leadership Team, responsible for integrating and coordinating a patient-centric nursing strategy. This will involve ensuring the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective healthcare, consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a nursing strategy that prioritizes patient care and safety
