Senior Health Care Professional

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at American Senior Communities. In this role, you will work closely with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to assess nutritional needs and develop individualized plans of care.
About the Job
The Clinical Nutrition Specialist will be responsible for conducting regular meal observations, interviewing staff and residents, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure that all residents receive adequate nutrition. The ideal candidate will have current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration and certification in the state(s) where they practice.
Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments to identify residents' nutritional needs and risks
* Develop and implement individualized plans of care
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery
* Conduct regular meal observations and interviews to ensure quality nutrition
