Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students in a middle school setting, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders.

Job Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active New Hampshire SLP licensure.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Previous school-based experience is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students both one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities.
  • Educate and support parents and guardians on strategies to support their child's communication development.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
