Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the optimal performance and efficiency of commercial HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with commercial HVAC systems, including refrigeration equipment.
  • Service and Repair: Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including refrigeration equipment.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including communicating with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Documentation: Accurately document all work performed, including service reports and quality inspection images and reports.
  • Time Management: Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience servicing and maintaining 5-TON and over HVAC equipment.
  • Certifications: EPA Certified.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
