As a Recruitment Specialist at PALFINGER, you will execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for our Production and Office Operations roles. This position operates remotely, with occasional travel to various PALFINGER locations as necessary. You will report directly to the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, playing a crucial role in shaping our diverse workforce.
_____Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to design and implement customized recruitment strategies that align with specific hiring requirements.
- Proactively source top talent using innovative techniques, including social media outreach, networking events, and partnerships with community organizations.
- Establish and nurture relationships with community groups and external agencies to develop a strong pipeline of prospective candidates, participating in both in-person and virtual events.
- Act as a vital link between HR Business Partners, the HR Center of Excellence, and various departments, providing strategic insights on integrated talent programs.
- Facilitate new employee orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.
- A minimum of five years of recruitment experience, with at least three years in a high-volume staffing agency focusing on full life cycle recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or Marketing.
- Three years of experience in implementing innovative sourcing strategies to identify candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, diversity sourcing sites, social media, and advanced sourcing methods.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for crafting job descriptions and engaging with employees and the community through various communication channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS systems, and familiarity with ADP; experience with SAP Success Factors ATS is highly preferred.
- Ability to support multiple locations while consistently delivering professional customer service, working independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of employment law and experience utilizing various interviewing techniques and assessment tools, with an understanding of the skills and qualifications required for various positions.
- Willingness to travel to different PALFINGER office locations and attend community events outside of standard business hours.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
