Job Title: IT Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead our IT projects to success. This role requires strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources allocation
  • Scope Definition: Define project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and manage project team members, providing guidance, support, and fostering collaboration
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a consulting environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience managing IT projects throughout the project lifecycle
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate project team members
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • PMP or PMI-ACP certification is preferred, but not required
  • Utility experience preferred

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and experience.
