Role Summary:

As the Logistics Quality Assurance Specialist, your primary role will involve regularly cleaning and conducting quality assurance evaluations on products, specifically remote health screening kits, along with associated screening supplies and in-vitro medical devices. You will also oversee the meticulous cleaning, sanitization, and testing of all returned rental products, ensuring accurate inventory management and the efficient selection and handling of products within the warehouse. Additionally, you may receive training for and be assigned to various other warehouse tasks, including production, fulfillment, distribution, inventory management, facility upkeep, or event preparation and cleanup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all products returned to the facility, utilizing equipment such as shop vacuums, pneumatic air hoses, disinfectant wipes, electrostatic sprayers, dry wipes, UV lights, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Conduct quality control assessments and tests on all returned hardware and sensors.
  • Document and input data regarding returned component statistics.
  • Restock inventory at various locations within the warehouse.
  • Assemble and secure pallets of inventory.
  • Support production activities, including the manufacturing or assembly of product components.
  • Assist in managing inventory.
  • Help with the receipt and organization of inventory.
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes for inventory and final products.
  • Perform maintenance and servicing on necessary inventory equipment.
  • Engage in general warehouse upkeep.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in quality assurance, inventory management, production, sanitization, or medical devices is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with computer applications in a network environment.
  • Genuine interest in healthcare or biotechnology and empowering individuals to manage their health data.
  • Ability to perform basic computer and/or tablet tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential.
  • Capability to work with the manufacturing and production of small components with great attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals in a professional manner.
  • Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and safely.
Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to comfortably lift, carry, push, pull, and move up to 75 lbs regularly.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and climbing within the warehouse is required.
  • Comfortable standing for the duration of shifts.
  • This position requires excellent vision.
Work Schedule:
  • 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Additional hours may be available upon completion of training.
Compensation:
  • Hourly wage of $18-20.

Candidates must be prepared to undergo a criminal background check.
