We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team at Northrop Grumman. This role will be based in our Northridge, California location and will play a critical part in ensuring the production of advanced microelectronics products meets program targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electro-mechanical assemblies, experience with Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) software, and knowledge of IPC standards. They will also be proficient in MS Office software applications and able to obtain a Secret Clearance.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $97,500 - $146,300 per year. In addition to a base salary, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new manufacturing processes, inspect performance of machinery and equipment, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for training new personnel, generating process-specific training materials, and supporting factory maintenance personnel with troubleshooting and repair of process equipment.
