Your Role: This is a hybrid role, and candidates are expected to reside in the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and sustain scalable applications on AWS infrastructure.
- Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software delivery process.
- Utilize Java programming to create high-quality solutions that fulfill business needs.
- Leverage AWS services, including Step Functions, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation, to architect and deploy applications.
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage containers with Kubernetes.
- Write infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance production environments to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in Java development.
- At least 2 years of experience with AWS cloud-native applications.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and architectures, including serverless computing and microservices.
- Proficient in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, configuration management, and infrastructure automation.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, New Relic, and ELK stack.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
Compensation: The national annual base salary range for this position is from $85,000 to $170,000, based on the complexity of the role and the candidate's experience and skills.
