Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Principal Architect for Corporate Systems. This role involves managing, integrating, and supporting our Corporate Systems and Back Office applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating organizational needs into effective technical solutions and will recommend tools and platforms that enhance our corporate processes, focusing on DevSecOps methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in solution design with corporate system engineers and architects.
• Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of corporate systems.
• Provide assistance for corporate applications, particularly in Costpoint, T&E, Cognos, and other SaaS platforms, while addressing IT support requests.
• Document integration requirements and propose optimal approaches for systems design and management.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and coordinate support.
• Analyze current operations and suggest improvements for overall growth.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies to support corporate systems.
• Develop and enforce best practices and technology standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in back office systems, including Costpoint, T&E, Cognos, and Salesforce.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Kettle/Pentaho Data Integration or similar tools.
• Proficiency in web services (SOAP, REST), APIs, XML, and web scripting languages.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
• Strong understanding of business processes related to accounting and finance.
• Proven troubleshooting and customer relations skills.
• Experience with Amazon Cloud technologies is advantageous.
• A strong commitment to customer service and enhancing the customer experience.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
