The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills to educate clients about pricing and services, ensuring 110% satisfaction. As a Truck Captain - Junk Removal Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for clients on the job, requiring excellent customer service skills. You will also be responsible for safely operating the junk truck, performing daily inspections, and maintaining adequate supplies.


A competitive hourly rate of $15-$20 per hour is offered, with opportunities to advance to Team Captain for more responsibility and compensation. College Hunks Hauling Junk offers a stress-free moving or hauling experience for clients, providing our brand promise of H.U.N.K.S. (Honest, Uniformed, Nice, Knowledgeable, Service).


To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate honesty, uniformity, niceness, knowledgeability, and a service-oriented attitude. A key aspect of this position is leading your team by example, showing them what our core values are all about. You will also be responsible for training new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
