Hotel Receptionist

We are seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Econolodge Ellensburg. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by assisting with check-in and check-out processes, issuing room keys, and processing payments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining knowledge of hotel operations and activities
• Taking reservations and answering questions via phone and in-person
• Building rapport with guests through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
• Describing the features and amenities of guest rooms
• Ensuring compliance with health and quality standards

This is an estimated $16-$20/hour opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to make a difference in the lives of our guests.

• A friendly and outgoing personality
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Computer literacy
• Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
• Able to lift 30 pounds
