Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high-quality service levels, and adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, while following all health and safety regulations.
- Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
- Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
- Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after hours.
- Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
