Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project crews to review production schedules and ensure compliance with engineering standards and contract specifications.
  • Collect, coordinate, and analyze shop drawings, design specifications, and project data to ensure quality and contract specification compliance.
  • Provide technical input for project work plans and scheduling, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Evaluate daily production, schedule, and budget projections to track project performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Remit accurate project quantity input and controls using assigned project cost coding to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Review and approve daily timecards for construction crews, resolving any discrepancies or issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety protocols.
  • Assist the estimating team with project schedules and provide technical input as needed.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company values and strategic plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of construction engineering experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
